Our Leaders

When God made it clear to me that he wanted me, not only to Pastor, but to begin a work from scratch. I began to look at the awesome task that God was directing me to do. I realized the seriousness of the calling and I asked God to give me HIS vision for HIS ministry. (Yes, HIS ministry, because it all belongs to HIM and I am just the under Sheppard.) I asked HIM for the same thing Solomon asked, “Lord teach me how to go in and out among the people”. I asked him for HIS infinite wisdom to enable me to carry out the task before me. I continue to seek HIM daily for HIS wisdom to lead this ministry to the next dimension in HIM. I would like to share this with you a portion of the vison GOD gave for this ministry. First, this ministry is to build relationships between husbands and wives, parents and children, brothers and sisters, and all other family and social relationships. For we know in these last days that these are the relationships that the enemy desires to strain, tear down and ultimately destroy.

The LORD also gave us the vision to build people in their ministries. If you believe GOD has called you to a work, we are going to make sure you are prepared to serve. Our LORD is tired of people going out unprepared and disgracing HIS work – all because they have not received the proper training. Souls are too precious for us to be unprepared for ministry. This is only a small part of what God has called us to do at Cornerstone. We believe we must meet the needs of the whole man – body, soul, and spirit.

We started this ministry in the basement of our home and since then the Lord has blessed us to move to this place. But this is only the beginning. The bible tells us not to despise small beginnings and that if we have faith the size of a mustard seed, we can speak to mountains and they will move. At Cornerstone, we teach you how to move mountains!
